Stellarity Structures¶
Stellarity adds and redesigns several major structures across the End dimension and the Overworld. From massive Illager-infested Strongholds to the mystical Chapel of Light, each structure offers unique challenges and rewards.
End Cities (Redesigned)¶
End Cities have been completely rebuilt with new architecture, new enemies, and a tiered vault reward system.
New Architecture¶
The redesigned End Cities are larger and more visually striking than their vanilla counterparts. Expect winding corridors, open plazas, towering spires, and hidden rooms. The layout is more complex, rewarding thorough exploration.
Trial Spawners¶
Instead of static mob spawns, End Cities now feature Trial Spawners scattered throughout. These spawners activate when you approach and release waves of enemies you must defeat to progress.
Trial Spawner Mobs
Trial Spawners in End Cities can summon the following enemies:
- Voided Zombies -- Corrupted zombies with End-themed abilities
- Voided Skeletons -- Skeletal archers infused with void energy
- Void Slimes -- Bouncing slimes that split on death
- Shulkers -- The classic End mob, now appearing in Trial Spawner waves
Protective Crystals¶
Building Blocked
End Cities are defended by Protective Crystals placed throughout the structure. While any Protective Crystal is intact, you cannot place blocks within the city's boundaries. You must locate and destroy all Protective Crystals before you can build, bridge, or pillar inside the structure.
This forces you to navigate the city as intended -- through its corridors and stairways -- rather than cheesing your way through walls.
Tiered Vaults¶
End Cities contain four tiers of vaults, each requiring a different key. Keys are found as loot within the city or dropped by Trial Spawner enemies.
Normal Vaults (Purpur Key)
The most common vaults. Opened with a Purpur Key.
Possible loot:
- Enderite Shards
- Diamond gear (various enchantments)
- General resources and consumables
Ominous Vaults (Gilded Purpur Key)
Rare vaults with high-value unique weapons. Opened with a Gilded Purpur Key.
Possible loot:
- Starless Scythe -- A powerful 10-damage scythe
- The Beginning and The End -- A pair of dual daggers
- Other rare equipment
Elytra Vaults (Winged Key)
Dedicated vaults for the most sought-after item in the End. Opened with a Winged Key.
Possible loot:
- Elytra
- Firework Rockets (various quantities)
- Flight-related supplies
Secondary Vaults
Supplementary vaults containing useful secondary resources.
Possible loot:
- Amethyst Shards and blocks
- Seeds (various types)
- Fish and food items
Strongholds (Redesigned)¶
Major Overhaul
Stellarity Strongholds are seven times larger than vanilla Strongholds and are filled with hostile Illagers who are actively defending the End Portal. This is not a casual stroll -- come prepared for a full-scale assault.
What to Expect¶
The expanded Stronghold is a sprawling underground fortress with libraries, prison cells, armories, storage rooms, and a fortified End Portal chamber at its heart. Illagers patrol every corridor.
Illager Defenders¶
Three types of Illagers guard the Stronghold, each with unique drops:
Illusioners
Illusioners are rare, dangerous spellcasters that create mirror images of themselves. They attack with bows and can be very difficult to pin down.
Drop: Sharanga (bow) -- 9% drop rate. See Weapons for details.
Vindicators
Vindicators are melee fighters that charge at you with axes. In Stellarity Strongholds, some Vindicators carry a special shield.
Drop: Copper Elektra Shield -- Allows dash attacks. See Trinkets for details.
Evokers
Evokers summon Vexes and create fang attacks along the ground. They are the most dangerous common Illager.
Drop: Spellbooks -- Various spellbooks used as held-item abilities. See Trinkets for the full list.
Strategy¶
- Bring strong armor (at least diamond), a good melee weapon, a shield, and plenty of food.
- Work through the Stronghold room by room. Do not rush ahead -- Illagers can swarm you from behind.
- Prioritize Evokers, as their Vexes can phase through walls.
- The End Portal room is heavily guarded. Clear the surrounding area before making your push.
Chapel of Light¶
A serene cherry garden structure that generates in The Hallow and Prismatic Dunes biomes.
What You Will Find
- A beautiful cherry-blossom garden surrounding a central altar
- Ambient Pixies -- Harmless, glowing creatures that drift through the garden
- The Altar of The Sacred -- Used to summon the Empress of Light
Altar of The Sacred¶
The Altar of The Sacred is the summoning platform for the Empress of Light, one of Stellarity's endgame bosses.
To summon the Empress:
- Obtain 1 Starlight Soot (found through void fishing or end city loot).
- Travel to a Chapel of Light.
- Throw the Starlight Soot onto the Altar of The Sacred.
- Prepare for the fight of your life.
See Bosses -- Empress of Light for the full boss guide.
Altar of The Accursed¶
The single most important structure in Stellarity. It spawns on the main End island after you defeat the Ender Dragon for the first time.
Permanent & Immovable
The Altar of The Accursed is permanent. It cannot be mined, moved, broken, or destroyed by any means. There is only one per world.
What It Does¶
The Altar of The Accursed serves three critical functions:
1. The Dragonblade
After the Ender Dragon is killed for the first time, the Dragonblade spawns inside the Altar. This is a unique, unbreakable greatsword -- and there is only one in your entire world. Walk up and grab it.
2. Crafting Station
The Altar is your primary endgame crafting station. To craft:
- Throw the required items onto the altar surface.
- The items will combine automatically.
- Pick up the result.
The Altar is used to craft Champion Armor, advanced weapons, spellbooks, the Crest of The End shield, and many other endgame items. See Mechanics -- Altar Crafting for details.
3. The Endonomicon
Your Recipe Guide
Drop an Enchanted Book onto the Altar to create the Endonomicon -- a comprehensive recipe guide for every Altar craft in Stellarity. This is your crafting bible. Make one as soon as possible.
Illager Campsites¶
Small camps found scattered across the outer End islands. These contain a handful of Illagers guarding supply chests with minor loot. They are good sources of early emeralds, food, and basic gear when you first arrive in the outer End.
End Villages¶
Villages populated by End-themed Villagers who offer unique trades not available anywhere else.
Notable Trades
End Villagers can trade items like the Stellar Striker (a powerful mace-like weapon) and various End-exclusive resources. Visit every End Village you find -- the trade pools are randomized, so different villages offer different items.
