Team Features

This page covers everything your team can do once it is up and running -- from private chat and teleportation to chest protection and competitive scoring.

Team Chat

Team chat gives you a private channel that only your teammates can see.

Sending a Message

/team chat [message]
  • With a message: Sends that message to team chat immediately.
  • Without a message: Toggles team chat mode. While toggled on, everything you type goes to your team instead of global chat.

Chat Prefixes

You can use prefixes to quickly switch chat channels without toggling:

Prefix What It Does
! If you are in global chat, sends the message to team chat. If you are in team or ally chat, sends to global chat.
? Sends the message to ally chat from any mode.
Chat Prefix in Action

You are in global chat and want to quickly tell your team something:

!Hey team, there's a raid at our base!

Only your teammates will see that message.

Ally Chat

If your team has allies, you can communicate with them too:

/team ally chat [message]

Works the same way as team chat -- include a message to send it immediately, or leave it blank to toggle ally chat mode.

Team Home

Every team gets one shared home location that all members can teleport to.

Command What It Does
/team sethome Sets the team home at your current location
/team home Teleports you to the team home
/team delhome Removes the team home

Strategic Home Placement

Place your team home somewhere central and well-protected. It is the primary rally point for your entire team.

Team Warps

Warps are additional named teleport points. Each team can have up to 2 warps.

Command What It Does
/team setwarp <name> [password] Creates a warp at your location (optionally password-protected)
/team warp <name> [password] Teleports you to a warp
/team delwarp <name> Deletes a warp
/team warps Lists all team warps
Password-Protected Warps

When you create a warp with a password, teammates must enter the password to use it:

/team setwarp armory secret123
/team warp armory secret123

This is helpful for restricting access to certain locations, like a vault or trap room.

Chest Claims

Claimed chests can only be opened by your team members, keeping your valuables safe from outsiders.

Claiming a Chest

  1. Look at the chest you want to claim.
  2. Run:

    /team chest claim

The chest is now locked to your team. Non-team members who try to open it will be blocked.

Removing Claims

Command What It Does
/team chest remove Removes the claim on the chest you are looking at
/team chest removeall Removes all chest claims for your team

Ally Access

Depending on server settings, allies may also be able to open your claimed chests. Keep this in mind when forming alliances.

Alliances

Alliances let two teams cooperate. Allies cannot accidentally hurt each other (if PvP protection is extended to allies), and they may be able to access each other's claimed chests.

Forming an Alliance

/team ally <team>

This sends an alliance request to the other team. Their Owner or Admin needs to run the same command to accept.

Breaking an Alliance

/team neutral <team>

Instantly dissolves the alliance between your teams.

Alliance Limits

Each team can have a maximum of 5 allies at any time. Choose your alliances carefully.

PvP Protection

Teammates cannot damage each other. This protection covers:

  • Direct melee attacks
  • Ranged attacks (bows, crossbows, tridents)
  • Negative splash and lingering potion effects
Self-Damage Exception

You can still damage yourself with your own splash potions. The protection only applies between teammates, not to self-inflicted effects.

This means you can fight alongside your teammates without worrying about friendly fire during raids, PvP battles, or mob fights.

Score & Leveling

Teams earn score and can level up to unlock additional benefits.

Checking Your Rank

/team rank

Shows your team's current level, score, and ranking information.

Viewing the Leaderboard

/team top

Displays the server-wide team leaderboard, ranked by score.

Team Levels

Level Cost Max Members Max Warps
Level 1 Free 10 2
Level 2 100 score 20 2

Growing Your Team

Start at Level 1 with room for 10 members. Once your team earns 100 score, you can level up to accommodate 20 members.

Team Balance

Teams have a shared bank that members can contribute to.

Command What It Does
/team deposit <amount> Deposit money from your personal balance into the team bank
/team withdraw <amount> Withdraw money from the team bank to your personal balance
/team bal Check the team's current balance
What Is the Team Balance For?

The team bank can be used for shared expenses. It is a good way to pool resources for team upgrades or collaborative projects.
