Datapacks

The server runs a collection of datapacks that extend vanilla Minecraft without requiring any mods on your end. These packs add new crafting recipes, tweak game mechanics, and smooth out rough edges in the survival experience.

No Mods Required

Datapacks are entirely server-side. You do not need to install anything — everything works automatically when you join.

What's Covered

The server's datapacks fall into four broad areas:

Vanilla Tweaks

A curated set of 21 tweaks from the Vanilla Tweaks project. These adjust crafting recipes, smelting outputs, and resource efficiency so you spend less time grinding and more time building.

  • Craft items that are normally unobtainable (bundles, name tags, horse armor)
  • Reverse-craft packed ice, nether wart blocks, and wool back into their components
  • Get more output from stairs, bricks, and smelting recipes

Better Furnace

A recently added datapack that overhauls how furnaces behave. XP storage, improved fuel efficiency, and better hopper integration apply to all furnace types — including blast furnaces and smokers.

Quality of Life

A large collection of datapacks that improve daily gameplay. Armored elytra, chunk loaders, elevators, multiplayer sleep, anti-grief protections, and more. These are the packs that make the server feel polished.

Crafting Changes

Additional crafting and resource datapacks beyond Vanilla Tweaks. Cauldron-based concrete and mud, glass drops without Silk Touch, renewable deepslate and coral, and craftable archaeology blocks.

Looking for Commands?

Datapacks don't add slash commands — they work through crafting tables, furnaces, and game mechanics. If you're looking for /tpa, /home, or /team, head over to the Player Commands Reference.
