Hardcore Death System
The server runs a custom HardcoreRevive plugin (v2.6.0) that modifies the standard Minecraft hardcore experience. Instead of permanent death, players have multiple ways to survive or be brought back.
How It Works
Player Dies
│
├─ Grace Period Active? → Respawn normally (no penalty)
│
├─ Has Trapped Soul? → Soul consumed, respawn normally
│
└─ No Protection? → Banned for 36 hours
│
├─ Another player uses Revival Totem → Unbanned immediately
└─ Wait 36 hours → Auto-unbanned
Death Behavior
When you die:
- Trapped Souls are never dropped — They are soulbound and removed from your death drops
- If saved by a Trapped Soul — You see a message showing how many souls you have left, then respawn in Survival mode with remaining souls restored
- If banned — You're kicked with the message: "You died in Hardcore mode! You will auto-revive in 36 hours, or a player can use a Revival Totem."
